If you have seen Breaking Away or heard about IU, you know exactly what this whole week of fun is about. If you don't? We'll fill you in.
On April 24th through the 26th, people around the country will flock to Bloomington, Indiana to experience the greatest college weekend in america AKA the Little 500. To show you that this isn't just a local shindig, Barack Obama crashed the party in 2008.
That was epic.

Question: So what is the Little 500?
Formal Answer: The Little Five is an annual bike race that is based off the Indy 500. Only that the men ride 200 laps (50 miles) and the women ride 100 laps.
Real Answer: It is a whole week getting together with your friends and celebrating the end of a long year of school before final exams come around the corner. All in all, it's a tasty vacation, and you're invited.
This week, everyone just hangs out and enjoys the weather. Basically, you could be walking on the sidewalk and a group of people hanging out on the porch will welcome you to join them.
Pretty cool eh?
In this fun packed week of adventure, classes are cancelled, everyone is out and about, and no one is cooking or eating dorm food. And for this, we thank our folks from Mr. Delivery in B-town for feeding the town this week.
A little background on what we are deliver at IU:
Bloomington is known for its food. The students here are crazy about it. Every person you talk to has a favorite place to eat... And there are a lot of places to eat.
To put it into perspective, there is a whole street dedicated towards a global cuisine influenced by Indian, Greek, Korean, Thai, Creole, Italian, Mexican, Chinese, Burmese... You name it!
And many people this weekend will want a little extra something special... not the dorm food classic like Ramen and Pop Tarts with a splash of Mountain Dew. They want gyros, wings, burgers, and chicken curry. So this is when we enter the track, racing to feed the town.
Over the cheers and smiling faces, you can count on us to keep our eyes on the prize during times like the Little Five. We train hard, we ball hard, and we hope to finish the race first.
