When I first moved to the middle of Pennsylvania for college, I was under the impression that I was moving to one of three civilizations in the state (the other two being Pittsburgh and Philadelphia). Being from New York, even upstate New York, my impression of Pennsylvania was that of a vast and desolate land. But in my past three years of college, I have learned that Pennsylvanians have their own state that they perceive as vastly desolate: West Virginia.
Being that we have a Mr. Delivery location in West Virginia, the state cannot be all that empty! Located about 75 miles south of Pittsburgh, Morgantown is home to West Virginia University. The University is comprised of about 30,000 students, which is about the same population of the town itself.
So students and residents alike share this town. But what, exactly is there to do there!? As the entire state of West Virginia is located in the Appalachian mountain range, Morgantown is no exception. The university even gains its mascot from the surrounding terrain: the Mountaineers. When one lives in such a unique environment, it would be a shame not to embrace it. That being said, there is no shortage of outdoor activities in Morgantown: mountains to be climbed or hiked, arboretums to be adventured in, botanical gardens to be explored. After a long day of exploration, you have neither the time nor the energy to make food for yourself, and that is where Mr. Delivery comes to the rescue!
