How exactly is a college town defined? According to Wikipedia, such a town is a “community that is dominated by its university population.” Though not the most credible of sources, most college students would agree with that definition. (I, the college-student intern, raise my hand).
Burlington, Vermont is no exception. From the outside looking in, one might imagine a gaggle of ski-bums. Though not entirely inaccurate, Burlington is the epitome of a college town. Not only the home of the University of Vermont, Burlington College and Champlain College, Burlington is home to a plethora of quality restaurants.
College towns need quality food to feed all of those hungry college students. And in a town like Burlington, with brutal winters, delivery is an amazing option on sub-zero days. (Huge shout-out to our delivery drivers who drive through the blizzards).
Burlington is also a great place for people who are incredibly active: located near to many ski areas, mountains, and Lake Champlain, there is no shortage of outdoor activities accessible to the town. After a long day of adventure, one may not have time to make dinner at the end of the day. That is where Mr. Delivery comes to the rescue!
Though images of state troopers chugging maple syrup may come to mind, there are many more food options available in Burlington other than breakfast condiments. The options can be viewed here at any time, including right meow! (Assuming you are reading this between the hours of 4pm and 10pm).
